1) Oral advice regarding all legal questions in connection with the state of the rented object that does not conform with the contract and endangers health. Especially regarding questions of a possible extraordinary termination of a rental agreement, compensation or rent reduction, as well as help in producing written requests to the landlord
Costs: Flat-rate fee €140 €
2) Extra-judicial representation of tenants, irrespective of the duration and the extent of the lawyer's activity in representing the interests and enforcing the rights of the tenant (extraordinary termination of the rental agreement, compensation or rent reduction) vis-à-vis the landlord on account of the state of the rented object that does not conform with the contract and endangers health; In this case we will conduct all correspondence with your landlord
Costs : Flat-rate fee €270 €
3) Full representation of the tenant in the area of extra-judicial and judicial representation of interests to enforce the tenant's claims against the landlord on account of the state of the rented object that does not conform with the contract and endangers health (extraordinary termination of the rental agreement, compensation or rent reduction);In this case we will conduct all extra-judicial and judicial correspondence for you.
Costs : The costs will be based on the value of the matter according to the Act on the Remuneration of Lawyers or according to an individual fee agreement to be concluded
